By accessing and using Triggermap (triggermap.qfhq.io), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Triggermap reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms of Service means you accept and agree to the changes.
2. Description of Service
Triggermap is a digital platform and software service designed to provide users with analytical, informational, and entertainment-based tools for mapping and understanding various behavioral and situational triggers. The platform offers features including but not limited to: interactive trigger mapping visualizations, informational resources, analytical dashboards, and educational content.
Access to Triggermap and its features is provided on an "as-is" basis through a subscription model. The service is delivered via web-based platform accessible through modern web browsers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of Triggermap, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Triggermap immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Triggermap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You may not use another person's account at any time. You agree that you will not share your login credentials with any third party.
Triggermap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice and without liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that Triggermap reasonably believes violates applicable law or is harmful to other users, Triggermap, or third parties.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Pricing
Triggermap operates on a subscription basis. The current subscription price is $19.00 USD per month. This pricing is subject to change at any time. If Triggermap changes the subscription price, we will provide at least thirty (30) days written notice to your registered email address. Your continued use of Triggermap after the price change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
4.2 Billing
Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the same date your subscription period began. You authorize Triggermap to charge the payment method associated with your account for the applicable subscription fee. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are solely responsible for paying. If any transaction is declined, your access to Triggermap may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
4.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Triggermap subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@triggermap.qfhq.io. Cancellation of your subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or months already paid.
If you cancel your subscription, your account data will be retained for thirty (30) days before permanent deletion. You may reactivate your account within this period without penalty.
4.4 Refund Policy
Triggermap operates on a subscription basis with automatic monthly renewals. Subscriptions are non-refundable in general; however, we provide the following exceptions:
- If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase and have not materially used the service, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee
- If you are charged in error or duplicate charges occur to your payment method, you may request a refund for the erroneous or duplicate charge within thirty (30) days of the charge date
- If technical issues prevent you from accessing the service for more than seven (7) consecutive days, you may request a prorated refund for that period
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@triggermap.qfhq.io with supporting documentation. Triggermap will review refund requests and respond within fourteen (14) business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Triggermap reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

Any user-generated content you submit to Triggermap grants Triggermap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triggermap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Triggermap, even if Triggermap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total liability of Triggermap to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your use of Triggermap exceed the amount you have paid to Triggermap in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100.00, whichever is less.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitation shall apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that if no limitation of liability provision was included in these Terms of Service, the amount of liability could be substantial and could negatively impact Triggermap's ability to provide the service. Therefore, you agree that this limitation of liability is a reasonable allocation of risk and an essential element of the agreement between you and Triggermap.
